Bullseye strengthens its team and shifts into a higher gear

After a successful launch in June 2022 and a period of strong organic growth, Bullseye, a Belgian scale-up active in brand activation and distribution, is entering a new era of expansion.

The company, which has successfully launched brands such as BitesWeLove, STËLZ, The French Kiss Club, Soul Water, Tribe and Punchy in Belgium through out-of-home, retail and events, is now gearing up for its next phase of growth.

 

As Bullseye continues to grow alongside the dynamic brands it represents, strengthening the internal team and leadership structure marks a natural and important next step.

A new chapter in Bullseye’s journey

After a focused search for strategic growth and smart capital, Bullseye proudly welcomes Olivier Percy and David Hens to its Board of Directors, with Olivier also joining the executive management team. Together with Founder Stijn Bex, they will lead the company’s continued professionalization and scaling efforts.

Olivier brings more than 15 years of experience in channel marketing, sales and innovation at Diageo, adding deep commercial and strategic expertise to the team. David, a third-generation entrepreneur in food distribution, strengthens Bullseye with valuable operational knowledge and financial reporting experience.

“Over the past years we’ve built a strong foundation,” says Stijn Bex, Founder of Bullseye. “Our focus was on building, testing and proving that our approach works. Now it’s time to accelerate, with more experience, scale and ambition.”

With the arrival of Percy and Hens, Bullseye strengthens its structure and continues to professionalize as it scales. This evolution goes hand in hand with the growth of the internal team, ensuring the company is well equipped to support its expanding brand portfolio and customer base.
